problems with IIS7 and webs that use access databases

I=A8ve intalled the iis7 in a pc with windows vista.
I=B4ve added a new site that I=B4ve already had in my old pc and worked
perfectly ,and now , when I tried to see pages that use access
database , it will display a http 500 error.
The rest of the pages work fine
Any idea of what I must do to solve the problem ?
