Was this ever resolved? We are having the exact same issue on a critical production server and so far have not been able to resolve. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Each crash needs to be debugged independently. Have you attached a debugger
(e.g. IISState) to get a thread stack for analysis?
