can you remove what i can only think is similar to predictive text ?

I am not sure i understand what you mean, but you cannot change client
side behavior from the server. So if this is something on the client,
there is nothing you can do about it using IIS.

The only thing I can think server side is code related where it won't cache
the contents on the client. Does that sound about what you are looking
for?
