Shall I disable short tags?

Hi

Shall I disable short tags in my phpinfo if I am not going to use
them?
short_open_tag is currently set to "on".

Only if you want be sure it works on another host, or are going to use
XML at sometime, are ever going to upgrade to a version of PHP which may
not support short open tags...
