I'm using only Windows. Theres no UNIX terminals for me get trained.
Is there any online UNIX terminal for people like me login & learn.]
If so., help with providing such machineÅ IP , UserID & Password .,
so that I can Login from here using tools like PUTTY.

Install cygwin on your computer: cygwin.com

You can install cygwin on your computer (cygwin.com) to give
something approximating a *nix environment, or use one of the many
free or low-cost services.
I recommend freeshell.org as a stable, full-featured host.

Indeed.
In case you need something offline give UWin a try. It's from AT&T, the
same guys that developed Unix. Also it has the korn shell and a smaller
footprint compared to cygwin.
I don't have a link handy, but google should do the trick.
