Changing the domain membership of a IIS 5.0 Member Server

Are there any issues with changing the domain membership of an IIS 5.0
server. We are undergoing an Active Directory migration to a new pristine
forest using ADMT v3 and wanted to verify that there wouldn't be issues using
the security translation wizard on IIS and moving it to the new domain.

You should not unless you have some custom authentication methods that
involve AD.
