Quick Question

Is there a pre-written script somewhere that can display templates
from a database. Kind of like this site: http://www.freecsstemplates.org/

Those are images. Probably someone brought the window up in a browser
and took a shot of the window.

I suppose it *could* be automated, but it would be a lot of work for
something which isn't done very often.

I understand how the pictures were taken but I need help getting the
database for something like that

Pretty simple. Just simple image management. Don't know of anything
around offhand - last time I need to write something like this it took
may be 1/2 an hour. An hour if you include the admin side.
