Moving Intranet to a new server

I have to move the internal website from an old Win2k server to a new one. I
have installed IiS on the new server but i'm getting the following error,
when i try to open IIS.

Snap-In failed to initiate
Name: -not available_
CLSID: {A841B6C2 - 7577 - 11D0 - BB1F - 00A0C922E79C}
I found a fix for this problem in the knowledge base but it was only for
win2k3 servers. I tried it any way and had no luck.

Also any specifics on how to most easily make this move would be greatly
appreciated. I have no experience with IIS and websites.
