Hi. If you delete your cookies does it make the computer run faster, & should
you always keep your cookies.

Yes. All the cookie values that a web site sets, are sent back in every
single request to that site. Removing all cookies will reduce the size
of the requests.

The cookie values are often quite small, though, so you will rarely get
any noticable effect from removing the cookies.

Some cookies are useful, like when a site remembers who you are so that
you don't have to type in your user name every time you log in. Most
cookies, though, are just used to track visitor behaviour, and doesn't
directly improve your experience of the site.

No cookies contain any vital information, and you can remove all cookies
without fear that something stops working. The worst that can happen is
that you need to remember your user name and password to sites that use
login.
