Problem with installing ActivePerl

Hi everyone,

I am trying to install Active perl latest version and I am having an error
each time I try.
Internal error 2739 is the error message its showing. I have tried many
times but can not make any success in installing. I would appreciate if any
one can give me a solution. I am using windows Vista Home Premium OS.
