Reverse Proxy and / or Rewriting ?

I have to setup the machine called "ReverseProxy 2" on this schema :


internet ---> Reverse Proxy 1 ---> Reverse Proxy (?) 2 ---> WebApp

ReverseProxy 1 forwards from http://www.domain.com/webapp to
ReverseProxy2 which has to forward to the box that hosts the webapp.

I don't know how to setup Apache on this box because, in my opinion, the
"ServerName" param in the ReverseProxy apache setting cannot contain
anything but a hostname (that's to say, cannot contain http://host/foo)
