Pick-up Printing Crashes FMv9.0

Pick-up Printing Crashes FMv9.0

We are using FMv9.0 to print thousands of forms for our customers.

We print them in batches, say from record 1 to 2500, then after that is
spooled, print record 2501 to 5000 to a different printer or sometimes right
behind the first job on the same printer.

When we try to print the second part of the job, record 2501 to 5000 (in the
above example) FM crashes. FM versions prior to this worked without any
problem as does FMA v9.0.1. I could print record 25 to 26 and it crashes
also. But the first batch, record 1 to xxx prints/spools without any errors.

Any suggestions?

OK, I found out this is a KNOWN ISSUE (Answer ID 6629).

FM's suggested resolutions will not work for me because of critical
alignment on preprinted forms that we print and removing sliding/printing
will not work either because of the way the print layouts are designed.

I guess I am going to have to roll back to v8.5. Am I going to have an
activation issue doing that? This was on a new computer with only v9.0
installed on it. 8.5 was never on this particular computer.
