Media streaming Services problem on the windows 2000

Hi,
I am running a windows 2003 server with multiple sites. www.wishka.net

I've installed, configured and tested Windows
Media streaming Services (Media streaming) on this server (windows 2003
web and ftp server) When I stream to a film or mp3 on this server via HTTP
using, with a LAN connection, it worked perfectly.
But, when I connect via http with a WAN connection it don’t worked.
Also I’ve configured my router port: mms 192.168.1.10 port 1723 end port
554 when I connect to mms://84.105.131.36/Radio-Khazar I take this massage
below:

Windows media player cannot find. If you are trying to play , burn or syn
an item that is in your library ,the item might point to a file has been
moved , renamed or deleted

Do I need to configure more….
Thanks,
Sam

Does your ISP block the necessary ports?

Do you block the ports?

I would recommend you to post this question to the Windows Media Server
newsgroup:
