HTTP TO HTPPS Redirection

HTTP TO HTPPS Redirection

am 05.10.2007 10:20:00 von ChrisHart

Hi,

I have a problem with ISS and SBS2003.

I am unable to get the system to redirect http to https when trying to
access the http:\\123.123.123.123\Exchange either internally or externally.
Although it works fine when accessing the default web page
http:\\123.123.123.123\

I've carried out the recomended measure from various MS KB's, but
unfortunately it's still not redirecting properly.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks
Chris

The KBs and IIS HttpRedirection works fine -- tons of other people
succeed in configuring HTTP->HTTPS redirection -- so you either have
networking that requires special configuration, or you are not
following instructions correctly.

Please detail EXACTLY what you have tried as well as what is not
working. The problem is not with the Microsoft software nor Microsoft
KB articles.

Hello,

Unfortunately i do not know what steps you have taken, so i don't know
your setup. This makes it extremely difficult to help.

Can you please tell us what steps you have taken so we do not need to guess?
