New Yahoo Mail is completely screwed up!!

Ever since Yahoo changed its email software to the new Yahoo Email
Beta version, the service has gone down the tubes. I find that it
takes 48 secs to load and show the Log on screen.

Before it took a few seconds at most. I use WinXP, so I dont know if
thats the issue.

Before I thought Yahoo mail was far better than Google mail, but now I
am planning to switch all my accounts to Google.

Maybe so, but I think its a consumer oriented web company, and they
have to compete with google on ease of use, and features. before it
was really good, but now it sucks.

has that been your expereince also??

Every Internet site experiences periods of heavy load, including
yahoo.com. If you quit using them then my web page load times will
decrease. Please quit using yahoo.com.

No. But then my yahoo.com account is essentially a spam trap and I could
not care less about it. Since I admin a real ISP's mail server I have no
problems whatever in receiving and sending email.

Looks fine to me. Loads fast, feels pretty responsive.

Oh, it certainly might. One possible explanation is that you have been
hacked, using any one of the hundreds of known security holes in Microsoft's
shitware, and your machine is now being used to send massive amounts of
spam, without your knowledge except that it takes a large amount of
bandwidth, making all your web browsing seem slow, and sluggish.
