graphic driver malfunction

graphic driver malfunction

A few days ago, I opened my laptop to find that my monitor was going crazy.
Vertical red lines, font size has increased, just general craziness. A
windows error pop up tells me that I have a graphic driver display problem.
How do I fix this?

I use Windows XP with Toshiba laptop.

Hi,

As we have seen is the Microsoft Website altready for months leading people
in wrong directions. This has happened probably as well to you. Try to find
a hardware or operating software newsgroup, this is in fact a newsgroup for
system administrators or developers dealing with .Net.

The problems are send from inside Microsoft to the responsible managers from
the website however with no avail.

To find the group you need:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/defaul t.aspx?guid=1080912A-26C5-7040-AFDD-2224A4FEB3EA

Then open your language in the TreeView on the left, scroll down to
"Windows", open and scroll down to "Windows XP" and
select a group there.

You should also go to the Toshiba web site to look for user forums and/or
other available technical support.
