IWAM USER
am 08.10.2007 20:42:00 von Confused again
No doubt I am missing something here.
I am running IIS 5.1 on and XP Pro Laptop.
I have an IUSR account, but not an IWAM account.
I have tried a couple of reinstalls, but still have no IWAM account.
How do I create one? Any ideas anyone?

Mmm... it should be there.
What if you set the application protection to medium or high.... any error?
if not can you browse ? if you can browse then check if the dllhost.exe is
using iwam acc.

that's the application protect level.
web site property - home directory tab - application protection.
select either medium or high to test.
when app is not set to low, it is using iwam user as process identity.
