Error compiling - unable to copy/access denied - VS .Net 2005

Hi,

I just converted a VS .Net 2003 project to VS .Net 2005. There were no
conversion errors, and it worked fine in .Net 2003. When I build it in VS
2005, I get the following error:

Unable to copy file "obj\Debug\VA Pricing Common.xml" to "bin\VA Pricing
Common.xml". Access to the path 'obj\Debug\VA Pricing Common.xml' is denied.

However, the folder and file are actually there, and there are no security
restrictions, etc. on the file. I searched for solutions, but didn't find any.

If anyone is aware of a solution, I'd greatly appreciate learning of it.
