Picture It Platinum 2002

When I run my Registry claner I loose my PIP2002 program I get this message

Exception Processing Message c0000013 parameters-75b6bf9c 475b6bf9c 75bcbf9c

I'm at my wits end I like the program and want to use it. It also says run
start up again. Please help me
