IIS Migration Tool 1.1

I am trying to migrate IIS 6.0 web sites from old server to new server. I am
using IISMT tool on the source machine, but always getting stuck while
connecting to the source server(old).

The error message I get is IIS Migration Tool was ubable to connect to the
remote computer. Access is denied. I turned off Firewall and there are no
port restrictions but still not able to connect. I logged in as domain admin
..

Any suggestions?
