problem accessing site from overseas

Hi
Our company has 'n' users spread out over the midlands (uk). Our
site works for them
fine. One user is in south africa and whenever he trys to use the site
he logs on ok
but then trying to access any page results in odd errors, its as if
the session is getting screwed
up.
I tried logging in as him (userid/password) and everything is fine.
He installed fiddler and saw that the session ID was the same for
all requests.
Bit of a loss here, any ideas?

It's possible there is just plain lousy infrastructure there.
Or, like China, there is the "Great Firewall of South Africa" screwing with
the connection.
Maybe ask your user to use an anonymous proxy to browse and see if it gets
any better.

Hello,
My first thought is network issues. At this moment, that is actually my
only thought. If you have users accessing the website from different ISPs,
and that is working for all users except one (no matter their location),
the problem is in 99.9% a problem in that users end. It seems to nothing
you have control over.
