A completely Flash site - that's mistake number one. Stick with the
HTML Version.
Some pages are taking 5 seconds to load on my 500kb+ cable connection.
Imagine how long it will take on a dial up.
The index page asking to install Flash is pointless.
When I refresh any page, it takes me back to the long, pointless
introduction.
What's with the play button (arrow) in the lower right corner of the
intro page? It just restarts the animation instead of bringing me to
the next. Very confusing.
Web Design - "...our professional programmers will guarantee to increase
your search engine visibility..." Not with the utilization of Flash!!!
You should be setting the example by NOT utilizing Flash for navigation
and text presentation and discourage it's use by potential clients.
Thanks a million. Everything is right to the point! I am currently
working on the html version, and will be asking people to choose a
version they want. The buttons at the bottom - also true; i was
thinking of getting rid of them! Thanks again.

I don't think too many people will be patient with the loading pace of all
the fancy animation and bells-whistles junk. To be frank, that site is
going nowhere.

it tells me that I need a plug in (whatever that is, I just an ordinary
customer who would like to spend some money on good web design, and I
don't want to be bothered by techno-speech). So you are telling me that
I need a plug in? How dare you! I believe you don't need customers, dude.

So the Green Man is definitely going! the London bit will be
shortened, and will ask for either html or flash. that's the way
forward.

Actually he is not green but never mind. Your Flash skills are
obviously very good. But be careful of the HTML and CSS, this is
no good at all, look:
height="567">
and then you put in text that can be any size that the user finds
comfortable using browser settings and/or commands?
Perhaps here would be the perfect application for the 'vector
simulation' technique of em sizing your image in the css, leave
out px dimensions in the html. Given that there can hardly be
much deterioration in picture quality with a 'cardboard cut-out'.

The "way forward" is to present the HTML page. If I were presented
with a choice between HTML and Flash, I'd simply forget about it and
go somewhere else. PRESENT THE CONTENT in HTML *immediately*. Don't
make people make a choice before they get to the content. Then, you
say, if users already have the content, why bother to create the Flash
at all? Funny thing; I say that, too...
