dependencies in Viusal studio setup project

I have a Visual Studio 2005 setup project for deploying a Windows
application. The application interacts with a hand held and so needs ensure
that either Windows mobile device center Active sync is installed depending
on whether we are installing on Vista or not. Is there any way to make the
dependency based on the OS thae application is being installed on?
