Cookies and MediaWiki

Hi,
I've a problem with cookies for MediaWiki. I'm using:
- Windows 2000 server machine as server.
- Apache 2.0.61 as Web Server.
- PHP 5.2.4
In particular, when I try to login from a client I can't do it. I have
an error message like this:
"Logon Error: Access to my_web_site needs cookies been enabled in your
browser".
But I have cookies enabled! I think it is a problem with PHP.ini
configuration and/or security permission on cookies' folder. But I
don't understand what to do.
Can anyone help me, please?
Nabira.

PHP doesn't store cookies on the server, and any permissions on your
folder is strictly between your browser and your OS.
Do cookies work on other sites? What happens if you use a different
browser?
Have you asked in MediaWiki support?

I think that the problem is with Windows server 2000, because before
I've made a test with a PC with Windows XP professional as server (a
simple pc) and in that case I had no problems while logging in with
any client.

I'm running Windows 2000 server and have no problem logging into other
sites - including MediaWiki ones.
The fact it's W2K server is not your problem. It sounds like you've got
a setup problem on your system. You might try a Windows support group.
