urgent attention ,Pls

am network based company using window server 2003 and IIS 6.0.i currently have a problem recieving mail from other networks such as yahoo,hotmail,gmail e.t.c through my intranet facility but i can send to any of these other networks through the same source.i have tried a couple of things but all to no avail.i hope to get a solution soon from here.
