access & word 2007 / mail merge, images query

my dilemma...

i have two tables CLIENT and EMPLOYEE. client table has the following fields-
company name, address and logo (as an attachment, JPG)

the employee table has the name of the clients employees- firs name, last
name ect.

Then create a query that that combines the above fields.

MY GOAL: to run a mail merge to word document based on the query fields. I
need to put the clients logo on each document for the associated employee,
then print to pdf.

most of this is done, but im having issues with exporting images from access
to word.... solutions and i do not want to create templates with the logo...
i have to many document.

any help is much appreciated.
