When I restart the pc I have a problem with the page, there is a page
white with the word "Error" at the top left.
If I restart the iis after few seconds it works but after some hours
it don't works.
How can I do?

IIS does not have any content with just the word "Error" in it, so I
think you are describing a problem with a 3rd party application
running on IIS which has problems on restart as well as after some
hours. You will want to contact the support personel for the 3rd party
first.
If you believe the problem is with IIS -- can you tell us the exact
URL you requested which will return this error page? If it is for a
Default Document, can you also tell us your configured Default
Document, Application Mappings applicable at the Default Document, and
which default document resource was actually retrieved? Finally, can
you report the IIS log entry for the failing request.
