"Enable Parent Paths" in Vista

Would anyone know where this option is within IIS on Vista? When I
right-click on the website within IIS Manager I do not see the
familiar Properties option, so I would appreciate a pointer in the
right direction on this.

IIS Manager > Computer Name or Site Name > ASP Option > Enable Parent Paths.
