SynTPEnh.exe and SynTPLpr.exe

SynTPEnh.exe and SynTPLpr.exe

These are making me crazy: if I end process I'm able to go much faster.
What's the deal? Is it okay to end process all the time? Can I do it
permanently?

You might be better off posting this in a Windows newsgroup. This is a
programming newsgroup!

Anyway, it looks like it's part of TouchPad or ThinkPad:
http://www.file.net/process/syntpenh.exe.html
Uninstall that application if you don't need it.
