pulldown auto-populate

ok - i have a list box that is a pull down that is populated by a stored
procedure - so it has data in it already.
when a user types in Tr - the pulldown automatically goes to the section
with Tr - but it isn't displayed until the user hits the down arrow to see
the selections..
how do i automatically show the contents of the pulldown as the user types?
