PasswordChangeFlags possible values
PasswordChangeFlags possible values

Is the metabase property PasswordChangeFlags a bitmask-type field? I know
the possible values are:
0 - SSL Required
1 - SSL Not Required
2 - Disable Password Changing
4 - Disable Expired Password Notification
I am also given to understand that 6 - Disable password changing and expired
password notification is allowed. From this I would interpret that it's a
bitmask field and that a value of 4 still requires SSL, whereas 5 would
disabled expired notifications and not require SSL. Is this a correct
assumption?
FWIW, I hope to disable the notifications and leave SSL frequired but though
I'd take a few moments to verify my understanding.

Hi Cori,
Yes, the flags of the PasswordChangeFlags property are bitmasks. The value
5 indicates that SSL is not required and password expiration notification
is disabled.
Please let me know if you have any further question.
Have a nice weekend.
Sincerely,
