I have a family data base used by a homeless shelter.. the average stay is
30 days....unless depends on a list of factors... or they could be kicked
out for ....example Drugs.
When I must clear that room , I have dependarnt tables Ie..Cleint
....Spouse.. Children and must post to post to history... table.. or they
may be 86ed for cause. in which case they need to posted to an 86ed table to
be used to scan during intake process to insure a family is not admitted
with prior bad history...
What is the best to do this?????????
tks in advance

It is (more than just) possible that it would help someone to help you if
you were specific and detailed about the information you are keeping and how
you have it arranged into tables. Otherwise, we'd only be guessing at what
you have, and not able to suggest how to handle something specific. Please
clarify, and perhaps someone can offer useful suggestions.
