IIS 6 question, Need help fast

I just moved my site from hosting to a dedicated server, in IIS 6.0 how =
do I setup where if a user types domain.com (without www) they land on =
the page?=20

Also, when I type in the domain name without www, I get the following=20

Test=20
Diese Maschine ist ein Microsoft-IIS/6.0 System.=20

$22.00=20

You must make sure that the DNS server is set up properly. domain.com must
point to the IP address of the web server.

If you are using host headers, you also need to add the domain.com to the
list of host headers for the web site (in IIS).

That is not a standard message returned by IIS. Have you created this? Can
it be another machine?
