I am using Ostrosofts OSMTP email macro and it works extremely well. What I
have is an email that is sent to our clients. I want them to be able to
reply, however, I do not want the email address they are replying to to be
visible. Any ideas?

That's not really possible, because you don't control the email client
on the other side.
Perhaps you can change your email to say "... please reply on this
website: www.yourdomain.com, and capture there replies there.
