Sums it up, just one big ....

Hmmm really mature. Asks for help on website. Given credible advice but
does not "fit" with preconceived misconception of "the way things should
be" then personality berates those that offer advice.

You don't have to agree with suggestions offered, but I do thinks if you
want further assistance, especially *free* assistance, that this maybe
not the best approach.

Yep, and of course, you noticed how aware he is of scams. And how
quickly he is to use the word "fraud". Seems both are very high in his
vocabulary.

You have a dirty mind, you know?
What made you imagine such a thing?
I was talking about the diameter of my cerebellum.
I suppose that when you hear a suggestive song like "Milkshake" or
"London Bridge" you get all excited, then ...

I don't recall you giving any credible advice. On the contrary.
Some people who are far more enlightened than you did, but not you.
Had I followed your advice I would be still "dimensioning boxes in
units proportial to the text"
What a stupid piece of advice.
BTW, what does "proportial" mean?

Teaming up with a bunch of losers such as Jerry Sucker and Shoddy666
won't do you any good either.

And now that we have cleared those points, could you all stick to the
main topic of the thread, which is "Websites and Graphic Art created
by Children Vs Rubbish created by Shoddy666"?
if you don't mind...
You should show some respect for the netetiquette guidelines of
Usenet.
I don't deserve so much of your attention, really.

Actually, it's great advice. (But I liked your "inches" retort.)

It is called a typographical error. It happens a bit here in Usenet, I
don't think many of us are free of this flaw. The word is
"proportional". Although this effort on my part may be wasted, anyway
here it goes; if you have a block that you want to contain a line of
text. When you dimension the block in absolute units: px, pt, in, cm...
then when the text's font-size is adjusted either the text must wrap
within the block or break out of it. But if you dimension the block in
em's that are proportional to the font-size then the block expands or
contracts in proportion to the font-size keeping the blocks appearance
relatively the same. If you dimension the block with '%' then it will
expand or contract with respect to the containing block or browser
viewport which is independent of the font-size so the appearance changes
as a different number of words per line will fit in such a block.

#1 Rarely looks good, many times only looks good if your fix[1] the
font-size in px's compromising page accessibility. Looks amateurish.
[1]Can be defeated by Gecko browsers thankfully

#2 Can be desirable keeping the same word count per line so the page
scales like a "zoom" feature.

#3 Can also be desirable if the proportional word count per line is not
important to the design.

You seem to have a fixation with protecting "mommies" telling sons how
to behave.
According to Freud, that's called the Oedipus complex, when a boy is
fixated on his mother and competes with his father for maternal
attention.
My diagnostic is that you, in some bizarre manner, have come to
identify the Usenet as "mommy", and the rest of posters as the
competing "daddy".

Freud puts the Oedipal stage as occurring between 3-5 years.
A critical point of awakening is when the child realizes that the
mother has affections for others besides itself.
Failure to get past this trigger point and into the symbolic order is
considered to be a classic cause of lasting neurosis.

Grow up Jerry. It's about time.

I can certainly belive my eyes. This person has just attacked Chad. It so
happens that Chad is legally blind and has proofed some of my sites for
users with disability.

How dare Chad call himself a webmaster? Allow me to ask you how you dare
call yourself a web anything?

I don't want to see your code, I shudder that you are involved with websites
for the young people, because if this is your attitide then you are among
the least trusted persons in my book. Education, accessibility and love are
among our first and foremost reasons to have any degree of honor in this
business, and in attacking Chad while simultaneously trumpeting your own
wares is simply spiteful. Chad is one of the nicest, most giving persons I
have met on the net and your trying to one-up him makes you a very, very
small person.

I want you to go to bed and count your money. Count it again and again. Look
at the faces of dead presidents on these bills. Because I sense these are
the only persons you love. And I think that's all the love you get back.

BTW, if you are holding $USD, your value is diminishing day by day.
Friendship and love holds value forever.

Have a nice life Shody666. I note your numeric value.

10 inches sounds awfully big for the cerebellum of a 4 year old - are

Is he blind, really? Now it all makes sense.

I am awfully sorry.

I didn't know that, no one told me.

That makes me a bloody asshole then.

Sorry Chaddy, I still don't know why you attacked me in the first

Sorry, some of my message got dropped in editing. He got diameter and

Are we talking about the same organ, Jerry Sucker?

Can't help it.
It's Jerry's fault.
In real life I am a very polite person, the kind old Ladies love to
have for company for games of Bridge and tea parties.
But just thinking of him, I start to envision all kinds of bizarre
things.
I have consulted the problem with my psychiatrist, and after reading
the Posts, she says that if it feels good, go ahead and do it,
because, I quote:
"It will help him realize that verbal abuse can be very damaging,
It is also crucial that he gets help in this instance.
There are professionals who are qualified to help him to discontinue
abusing other people.
They will also help him to look at his underlying issues, like his
fixation with "mommies" and physical organs.
He's clearly in need of attention. Perhaps he, too, was abused at some
time".

So I am doing it for his own good.
Because after all, I am a nice person, and he has to come to realize
that CRIME, in any of its variations, does not pay off.

ROFLMAO. So I made you be an idiot!

You really do need a psychiatrist.

On second thought, you should be in an institution.

Why do you call me foreign names?
Tell me, do you find yourself speaking spontaneously in tongues?
I am not completely sure, but I think it's a symptom that could give
us a clue about what's gone wrong in your deranged mind.
I have to ask my psychiatrist to find out what it means, I'll let you
know ...

I know what that one means. Auditory hallucinations are a key sign of
schizophrenia.
Man, you're in a worse condition that I thought...

You still have to explain how come that if you're blind, you're doing
Flash "presentations"?
http://freewebdesign.awardspace.biz/portfolio.php
Please explain that.

Either of two, you're not blind or you don't have any consideration
for real blind people.

I let you out of my killfile for a few minutes and this is what rubbish
appears.

First of all, Chaddy is legally blind. That does not mean his eyes do not
work at all, just that his sight is impared such that he is not legally
obliged to actually see things. You should read up on the legislation in
your own country and in ours (Australia) before casting such black and white
assertions. Then again don't, you probably would not understand it anyway.

Chaddy's visual acuity is not good but is enough to see his screen in
general and to have a feel about what is hapenning on it. It's like looking
through some translucant showerscreen glass I believe (Is that right
Chaddy?). Chaddy uses assistive technology to respond in this and many other
newsgroups, one of the reasons his spelling is so bad :-) but we who know
him do not care about this and even enjoy and joke about it, and I am sure
Chaddy enjoys the odd such joke.

So, Chaddy is quite well (and mind you blindness, or rather visual
imparment, or whatever Chaddy likes to call his, is not an illness) able to
produce web sites. I have followed his main web site for several years and
find it to be an inspiration. We, who know him, offer critical (in the true
sense of the word, constructructively critical) advice and he is pleased by
this. Chaddy also often offers some rather critical advice to others,
particularly from his visual viewpoint. For this we are gratefull and we
learn from this. I am sure the recipients of that advice are also gratefull.
It is good to hear what ones web site looks like, and operates like, to
someone like Chaddy.

I have not viewed any of his flash work, as I don't do flash, but I expect
it to be a similar standard.

As to Spheric, aka Trevor, who used to go by another handle, I have seen him
here as well for a long time, prior to his hiatus. While I do not interact
much with him, other than to note his designs go by from time to time (with
the odd critique from myself and, of course Chaddy) I respect him as a
contributor to this newsgroup, and others.

Now, as to you.

After having a bit of a run-in with Chaddy (which I still have not found,
but I suspect it was just Chaddy stating (as we all do) that your sites
suck) and having your balls chopped off my just about everybody who matters
to the "regulars" in this group you start off a thread likening Chaddys work
to that of how many children. I have just looked at some of these sites (for
the first time) and I am willing to say that some of them look OK. Some of
them are actually quite good, visually. Many however do not look OK. None of
them are up to the standard required by this group and none of them, as far
as I can tell, are up to the professional standard exhibited by Chaddy,
Trevor, or any of the other "regulars" in this group, especially in regard
to (funnily enough) accessibility.

When Chaddys situation was revealed to you you called yourself a bloody
arsehole and indicated you would not return.

You lied. You are still here. You are still attacking people whom you know
exactly nothing about except from what you may discern from their posts
here. Without knowing anything else about them.

You truly are a bloody arsehole. One usenet would be better off without.

Note: You will not get me into a Stukle pissing contest over this. Blather
away. I am listening with beer in hand waiting for your next out of your
arse statement.

Have a good rest of your life.

Jerry, what's the purpose in your deliberate trolling here?

Because when it comes to posting people's addresses all over the
place, that's indefensible trolling regardless of who does it, or who
they do it to.

He thinks he can fool us by lying about his name. But that's not all

"An individual shall be considered to be blind for purposes of this
title if he has central visual acuity of 20/200 or less in the better
eye with the use of a correcting lens. An eye which is accompanied by
a limitation in the fields of vision such that the widest diameter of
the visual field subtends an angle no greater than 20 degrees shall be
considered for purposes of the first sentence of this subsection as
having a central visual acuity of 20/200 or less. An individual shall
also be considered to be blind for purposes of this title if he is
blind as defined under a State plan approved under title X or XVI as
in effect for October 1972 and received aid under such plan (on the
basis of blindness) for December 1973, so long as he is continuously
blind as so defined."

Proof of that, please?

A feeling that allows him to produce Flas presentations?
How strange ...

Sure.

The question is not "whatever Chaddy likes to call his" alleged
blindness.
The question is whether he's legally blind or whether he (and you) is
lying about his condition.
If he is lying, and I hope for his own good that he is not, he's
committing an even more serious CRIME than Jerry Sucker has.
And more despicable too, because disguising himself as a blind person
in order to get paid assignments is about the most shabby scam one can
think of.

In the best case scenario, assuming he really does suffer from some
kind of visual impairment, he shows no consideration whatsoever for
those who are in a worse condition than he is by producing non-
accessible content in a web-site that claims to "specialise in making
websites that are accessible to the widest range of people possible":
http://freewebdesign.awardspace.biz/index.php
but then goes on to say that "you will need the Flash Player to *view*
the below content":
http://freewebdesign.awardspace.biz/portfolio.php

And so, he's basically asking for compassion, while at the same time
denying accessibility to the people he claims to be helping.
Perhaps because he knows that he can't get any money out of those
people?

Sure.
I still have to read some of that "constructructively critical" advice
that it's not accompanied by some spam link that leads to one of his
pretended blind-made sites.

> I have not viewed any of his flash work, as I don't do flash, but I expect

Then, in good sense, you should have, before attempting to cast an
opinion on whether he can be considered to be "legally blind".

I don't respect him at all.
I sincerely believe he's a real jerk.
He's trying to play Judge without even bothering to know the facts,
and that makes him a most distrustful person and one who should be
avoided by all means.

It certainly seems so.

Usenet is NOT yours.

Not so fast Chaddy.

You still have a lot of explaining to do, specially if your
unsupported claim of "legal blindness" has landed you any paid job.

If you have lied about your condition, you have committed FRAUD.
1-
a: deceit, trickery; specifically : intentional perversion of truth in
order to induce another to part with something of value or to
surrender a legal right
b: an act of deceiving or misrepresenting : trick
2-
a: a person who is not what he or she pretends to be : impostor;
also : one who defrauds : cheat
b: one that is not what it seems or is represented to be.

And FRAUD, dear Shabby666, is a CRIME.
And the penalties you are facing for committing such a despicable
CRIME range from $100,000.00 to imprisonment for up to three years, or
both.
Maybe in Australia are even harder.

We are all expectant now.
It shouldn't be that hard to present some proof of your alleged
blindness.
If you don't present any, we'll have to assume that you have been
lying and cheating on people during all this time, just like you lie
and cheat on real blind people when you claim to "specialise in making
websites that are accessible to the widest range of people possible":
http://freewebdesign.awardspace.biz/index.php
but then go on to say that "you will need the Flash Player to *view*
the below content":
http://freewebdesign.awardspace.biz/portfolio.php

So you're basically asking for compassion, while at the same time
denying accessibility to the people you claim to be helping.
Perhaps because you know that you can't get any money out of those
people?

Don't know who Hatter is.
Don't care.
Garbage is when someone claims to make accessible sites that
inaccessible to people with accessibility problems.
Garbage is also when someone claims untruthfully to suffer from a
disability problem in order to obtain economic profits.
And Garbage is people that backs up such a loathsome attitude.

Anyone who cares to read the thread can easily see that everything I
have posted is related to HTML.
It is you and the CRIMINALS you like to associate with, the ones who
"relish" on personal attacks.

You seem to know all about it.
I'd better let you give us a review on those places.

But your judgment on sincerity, dear dorayme, is worthless, since you
had been unable to discern the criminal activities that both Jerry
Sucker and Shoddy666 had been committing on these groups for a number
of years.

My actions are a defense from Jerry's actions.
You all seem to "forget" that besides attacking my reputation and
interests, he's committing FRAUD by advertising himself as the
president of a non-existent corporation.
If you think that's OK, I would really see how would you react if it
happens to you or if some person you care about gets cheated by Jerry.
Your actions in fact are worse than mine, because you are siding up
with a CRIMINAL.

Those are the psychiatrist's words.
You know how they are, they tend to stereotype everybody and in
Jerry's case, she thinks that he's one of those abused children that
become criminals when they grow up.

Don't know who that person may be,

but I think that what we should let the rest of the World know is that
besides committing fraud, you also beat up your wife:
Court System: DISTRICT COURT FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY - CIVIL SYSTEM
Case Number: 0602SP019022003Claim Type:DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Complaint No: 001(STUCKLE, ELIZABETH M) Vs:(STUCKLE, JERRY D )

What a loathsome low-life coward you are.

I've tried and look what I've came up with:

Taxpayer Services Division

Entity Name: SMARTECH HOMES, INC.
Dept ID #: D07297567

Principal Office (Current): 9920 BRIXTON LANE, BETHESDA, MD 20817
Resident Agent (Current): JERRY D. STUCKLE, 9920 BRIXTON LANE,
BETHESDA, MD 20817

DEPT. ACTION - FORFEITURE 10/06/2006 12:03-AM
THE ENTITY WAS FORFEITED FOR FAILURE TO FILE PROPERTY RETURN FOR 2005.
For a Maryland entity, its existence has been ended by the State for
some delinquency.

Good Standing: No

Speak for yourself, if you feel like it, but please stop telling me
how I should behave, specially when you remained silent when CRIMINAL
Jerry Sucker tried to discredit me by attacking my reputation and my
interests on so many occasions.

You said absolutely nothing, so I have to think that you thought it
was fine, or even worse, because you even sided up with him.

Just a straight question Jonathan, you can answer with a simple "Yes"
or "No".
Are you involved in any way in any of the CRIMINAL activities
committed by Jerry?
Because it looks kind of suspicious to me the keen interest you're
showing now to stop the Truth about his CRIMINAL actions being spelled
out.
It can help many unaware people to correctly identify the sucker and
prevent them from falling prey to his CRIMINAL activities, you know?
So, please explain to everybody what's wrong about that and why you
instead of making it public are trying to cover it up by suggesting it
should be posted to a private "Room" ???
Most suspicious, no matter how you look at it ...

ROFLMAO!

Ahmed, you really should see a psychiatrist about your obsession with
me. It isn't healthy.

OK, you're right.

Let's get back to the main topic of the thread, which happens to be
you, disgusting Shammer666 on you, disguising as a blind person in

I simply don't care one way or the other.

The amount by which I fail to care would require new advances in Mr
Newton's calculus of the infinitesimals, and probably Jukka to answer
that recent question about expressing diacriticals in Unicode, before
I could begin to write down the sheer tininess of how little I care
about either of them.

It hasn't been very hard to find out that he's NOT blind.
Just look at his Flash presentation.
Can't you see that it's impossible for a legally blind person to
produce that?
Has any of you ever met a person who is blind?
Has anyone of you ever worked with Flash? I know some people have and
I would like to hear their opinion.

I understand that many of you must feel hurt and confused at this
point.
More so, if you have paid any money to Chaddy, as some of you have
said.
But it isn't fair attacking me for exposing the truth.

Are you calling the:

Man, you're going from bad to worse.

In case anyone wants to check Jerry's criminal records go to Maryland

look for Stuckle, Jerry

You can also have a look at Maryland Taxpayer Services Division:

click on Business Database Searches:

and look for SmarTech.

I wonder where the Smart comes from ...

Now Andy, you would have to know that this is untrue. When I
learnt calculus, I used to conjure up delicious pictures of how
small some quantities could be and no matter what I conjured up,
I realised there could be even smaller. So, Newton (and Leibniz
btw), had the very very smallest covered. He also had zero
covered. Now, to me at least, you are admitting some interest in
whatever this (these) characters are saying and no new advances
are needed to quantify it.

That's because you're the kind of people that when they see a woman
being beaten up look the other way.
Same people that when they see CRIMINAL activities going on, try to
associate themselves with the criminals or cover them up.

All I can say now is how disappointed I am.
I would imagine finding that kind of people in other kind of groups,
but I swear to the Almighty that I'd have never imagined finding them
at places related to web authoring, where there's supposed to be
educated people.

What you're implying with that "polite request" is that you have the

Taking into account that you also let Jerry Sucker and Shoddy666 in,
it's kind of demoralizing, to tell you the truth.

I honestly can't believe you're dunning Chaddy. Okay, let's say you have
some reasons which make you think he's faking blindness. What if you're
wrong? What if there's even a 1% chance or less that you're wrong?
Wouldn't you feel like a really, really big fool if such were the case? Or

Chaddy is NOT blind.
Neither he's legally blind.
And I start to think that he doesn't even have any kind of vision
problems at all, I'll tell you about that soon.

Blind people are very special people. I don't know if you have ever
met any in real life, but they're really special.
They're not half-witted, as Chaddy poses sometimes, but on the
contrary, they have developed all the other 4+1 senses in a way that a
"normal" person would deem impossible.
They live in a world where the kind of attitude Chaddy shows here
simply does not exist, because they are very vulnerable people and
they're perfectly aware of that.
And for that very same reason, they're all very considerate, polite
and respectful, specially towards its kind.

Perhaps because he knows that he can't get any money out of those
people?

There's a 0% chance that he is what he claims to be.

This is getting beyond offensive. He is under no obligation to prove
anything to you and if you have any evidence of some wrong-doing, take
it to the appropriate authorities. This attack on Chaddy2222's

Well, the way I see it, Chaddy's attack on my honesty just makes him
look petty and vindictive, specially when he's feigning blindness.

All I'm asking him for now is to please tell everybody which

If you _really_ don't understand just how offensive your recents have

place for you to display your personality.

I don't believe this is merely a language issue, net naivety or

you have some psychological disorder that mkaes it dificult for you to

What are you trying to achieve anyway? Are you expecting everybody to put

I had a look at that site, frankly, I left before it even had time to
load. I'm only on a dial-up conection and did not want to waste time
waiting for some stupid looking Flash driven web movie to load!!.
If you really want to help anyone with a disability, then you should
just stick with plain old HTML, after all that is what it was created
for, to make documents accessable to anyone who required them.

Yeah. There's an assault & battery on there from 1991. :-(
It was put on the "stet" docket, which means it was basically
dismissed as long as I didn't get in more trouble. I could petition to
have it expunged if I wanted, but who cares at this point. Anyone who
holds a fight I got into 16 years ago against me isn't worth dealing
with anyway.

"Flash used in it's most common form makes very hard to decrease and
increase font sizes to make for easyer reading for those of us with
low vision. "
http://groups.google.com.au/group/alt.disability.issues/brow se_thread/threa=
d/f40eb962ba3d7d8a/ac3f57e6628128a5?lnk=3Dst&q=3Ddisability# ac3f57e6628128a5
Please note how Chaddy says "those of us with low vision".
------------------------------------------------------------ ----------

The following is the World Health Organisation's definition of low
vision.
This is widely used internationally.

A person with low vision is one who has impairment of visual
functioning even after:
- treatment, for example an operation and/or standard refractive
correction (has been given glasses or lenses)
- and has a visual acuity of less than 6/18 to light perception, or
- a visual field of less than 10° from the point of fixation (i.e. 20°
across)
- but who uses, or is potentially able to use, vision for the planning
and/or execution (doing it!) of a task

http://www.lowvisiononline.unimelb.edu.au/Screening/refracti ve.htm

------------------------------------------------------------ ----------

In North America and most of Europe, legal blindness is defined as
visual acuity (vision) of 20/200 (6/60) or less in the better eye with
best correction possible. This means that a legally blind individual
would have to stand 20 feet from an object to see it with the same
degree of clarity as a normally sighted person could from 200 feet. In
many areas, people with average acuity who nonetheless have a visual
field of less than 20 degrees (the norm being 180 degrees) are also
classified as being legally blind.

Approximately ten percent of those deemed legally blind, by any
measure, are fully sightless. The rest have some vision, from light
perception alone to relatively good acuity.

Those who are not legally blind, but nonetheless have serious visual
impairments, possess low vision.

It's a little old as I am now heading in to my third year at
university but I think you'll get the point, unless your as cluless as
you appear to be!.
BTW where not por vonerable people YOU STUPID GIT!

application of a brain suggests the interpretation "we are not poor
vulnerable people".

So, I repeat my question:
We ???
Is he trying to make us think that he represents blind people ???
Isn't he being a bit misleading?
Does he show any consideration whatsoever for those who are in a worse
condition than he is by producing non-accessible content in a web-site
that claims to "specialise in making websites that are accessible to
the widest range of people possible":?
http://freewebdesign.awardspace.biz/index.php
but then goes on to say that "you will need the Flash Player to *view*
the below content":
http://freewebdesign.awardspace.biz/portfolio.php

Is he not basically asking for compassion, while at the same time
denying accessibility to the people he claims to be helping.?

Perhaps because he knows that he can't get any money out of those
people?

Is there more than a 0% chance that he is what he claims to be. ?

Oh, he's even worse than you think. How about this email he sent to one

I think you should know that your member Jerry Stuckle who advertises as
the MD of JDS Computer Training Corp. at your page:

truth. There's no such corporation. The JDS Computer company that

Of course, the first thing they did was call me and ask me who was this
guy. I just explained he's a sociopath who seems obsessed with me.
They know the status of my businesses. And they know where both
corporations are registered :-)

He really is a sad case. I hope he gets help soon.

Words/phrases you used:

- "vulnerable"
- "they're all very considerate, polite and respectful"

What a load of hogwash, my friend.

Like me, I suspect that most blind or vision impaired people find this kind
of drivel pretty offensive. Vision impaired people do not have superhuman
powers, and would prefer to be treated with the respect afforded other
members of the community, and NOT be subjected to this outmoded patronising
parody of pity which you present above.

But you're MAD !!!
Those are Chad's words:

That was one of the points I was trying to prove, that he's not the
kind, polite person that he tries to portray himself.
And now you call him a "sociopath" with a "Grandiose Sense of
Self" ?!?
Fine diagnostic you've made there ...

I quote the following paragraph, so dorayme doesn't make another
regrettable diagnostic concerning Chad:
"not only is he a stupid git that does not know when decent advice is

I am quoting your words, you are looking to lay into others to relieve

Has your quack diagnosed you as a sociopath yet? Seeing as he advised you to
take it out on Jerry and therefore the whole of Usenet 'if it feels right'
then he sure ain't a good one.

Point 21; Only rarely in difficulty with the law, but seeks out situations
where their tyrannical behavior will be tolerated, condoned, or admired.

No, you're mad as well.
It's right there, in the same thread.
What's wrong with you people, really?

Again:
It was Jerry and Chad the ones who took it out on me.
For no reason.
And it is absolutely right, using Jerry's words, to "let the World
know", the kind of CRIMINAL he is.

And now who are we talking about?
Law-breaking, Wife-beating, Jerry?
I don't know about you, but I don't think that kind of tyrannical
behavior should be neither tolerated, nor condoned, or admired.
But that's the way I think, not the one you do, obviously.

What a coincidence! In 1991 I assaulted a battery, too, but then found out
it was really the bulb the whole time. Small world...

Oh, but there're a lot of similarities between them. Both have a positive
side and a negative side, and both can give you a jolt under certain
circumstances. The battery, however, probably has the edge when it comes
to efficiency.
