Sagekey is almost there but below is the more advanced solution,
although no software is hackers free as they claimed. But for ms
access access deployment, I think nothing bet this product as of this
time.
I wonder why? ms did not implemented it this way..
"Thinstall Studio - Protect EXEs from hacking, Securely link data
files, Create Trial Demos, and Install Applications.
Imagine creating a self-extracting EXE file that can be launched
without extracting anything to the hard-drive and you have Thinstall.
Using transparent streaming file decryption and decompression
applications think files are already located on the hard drive and
EXEs, DLLs, OCXs, and data files remain secure from hackers and
unlicensed access."
Runtime+MDE=EXE ; That's it, I think thinstall guys really think what
they are doing. Thank you! thank you!
Please try the download at their site www.thinstall.com.

May not be spam... but surely looks suspiciously like spam... and, of
course, one can determine the newsgroup's position on that subject from the
FAQ at http://www.mvps.org/access/netiquette.htm. Could it be a spammer
from "Thinstall" who is smart enough to get a freebie account at yahoo and
post from a freebie account at google-groups so if found out and the
accounts cancelled, "no skin off his back"? The pose as an impressed user
to try to gull unsuspecting participants in? How will we know -- certainly
can't trust his own protestations of innocence, because that's what any
spammer would say, too.

Good day! I am not a spammer sir Larry. The tool I've mentioned in
fact was already tested in
real world application. Even SAP and other known software vendors is
already using itl.
Although there are minor limitations I found in my finish mde/accde
when deployed using this tool but the remedy is very easy.
known minor problems so far as of this moment of testing:
1. shelling- resolve to running an external batch file
2. listview control click event-resolve to double click
3. report to or send object action to xls or doc. - resolve to manual
opening the output file.
4. Export to snaphot (.snp) -OK
5. Custom icon sometimes do not load.- no solution yet.
I am also monitoring the backend mdb and accdb, so far no problems in
terms of data processing both stanalone and shared.
Thank you! and maybe the access-programmers.com.uk is not a site for
ms
access developers but for English grammar tutorials.
I was humiliated there when I posted and share my little knowledge.
Just like you, you've said I am a spammer. I am sorry... Even Albert
Kallal did not share the news about this tool.
Sincerely,
