Paypal tax value

I am trying to set up my paypal account.

This line gives $825.00 tax;

Understandable.

This line gives this error:

The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an
incorrectly formatted item amount.

What is the correct format for a tax value?

Actually I was at a web site I set up a year and a half ago and worked
correctly then.
