FrontPage 2003 won"t load with new computer with Vista

I tried to find the correct place to post this, but I can't find anything
where there is a discussion about frontpage 2003 and Vista problems. If you
can guide me where to go, that would be great.
If I'm in the right place, below is my problem.
Many thanks.
I have an original copy purchased brand new of frontpage 2003. I loaded it
on my my computer. No problems. It was then XP. My computer has now been
replaced with a new computer using Vista.
I put the cd into the tray, it does everything that way it should. I type
in the codes it asks for. It then says it will load the program.
It just sits. Nothing ever happens. I have tried to install 5 times now.
Can't get any further than having it say it's loading the program. The bar
doesn't move at all.
What can I do?
Many thanks,.

You can try finding the startup on the CD, then right-click on it and select
Run As Administrator to see if that helps.
If not, find an applicable group to post in as follows...
To find the group you need:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/defaul t.aspx?guid=1080912A-26C5-7040-AFDD-2224A4FEB3EA
Select your language from the Tree View on the left, then scroll down to
Office and Desktop Applications. In the Office and Desktop Applications
category, open FrontPage and find an applicable
group there.
Also, search Google Groups for "FrontPage 2003 in Vista" to find out about
the reported compatibility issues.
