Remote Desktop Connection Failure

I am unable to connect to one particular workstation from either within the
building or remotely. Message = unable to connect . . . I have the windows
firewall disabled, I have checked the Remote Desktop Connection is enabled, I
have checked that IP address is correct. Ironically, I am able to connect to
this workstation with VNC. Any suggestions?
