Those should in fact be counted properly, and I think you mean "Windows
Vista" camp here, although Dell had to retract its Vista-only policy and
extend XP purchases on certain machines.

I'm worried about Dell. They need to go to a Vista-only policy on *all*
their machines. Doing so would increase their bottom line as it
simplifies support and sales. But we'll have to see.

(The alternative of going to a "naked-only" or a Linux-only policy would
cause widespread revolt, the invasion of the US by al Qaeda operatives,
dancing, and nuclear armageddon. Can't have that.)
