Switchboard Limitations

I've implemented this suggestion very successfully in a full-featured MS
Access database at my place of employment.

I agree with Alecwood.

That is why I keep coming back here and surfing the questions and
answers. It gives me ideas to try etc.

On this specific topic, I expanded the items table to include a number
that controls the colors of the labels for the buttons. This made it a
color coded label and menu.

And I also modified the handling of the 0 entry (sort of the menu
title) and gave it its own label so that now part of the menu is a
shadowed box with the menu title.

There are all sorts of things you can do once you start looking at
other sample code and start playing around with it.
