You're trying to overclock a 166MHz CPU? And you're dorking around with
a 66MHz bus speed? Get a modern processor with, say, 2.3GHz, 1333MHz bus,
and 2 or 4 cores. And that's not the fastest around.

Overclocking seems to be based on the theory that as you increase the speed,
it either works, or it doesn't, as opposed to coming up with 2 + 2 = 5 one
in a thousand times which may not crash the system, just contaminate your
data with wrong answers.
