Sorry if the following seems the work of a genuine dummy: One of my
modules always produces the following alert on launch:
"Filemaker cannot share a file because Filemaker network sharing is
turned off."
It does not seem to be triggered by any of the settings of this
particular file. How can I get rid of this dratted thing, having put
up with it for a long, long time?

Go into the helpfiole, type and find: network sharing. Open the first found
item (FMP 9 adv) that reads: Opening files as the host
