bulk mailer script

I'm looking for a template-based PHP mailer script to send personalized
messages to about one hundred pre-defined recipients. Database support would
be nice, but a simple CSV import feature would suffice.

Any recommendations is appreciated.

phplist looks like just the ticket. I searched before posting my message,
but never saw a reference to it. I must have not used the right keywords.
