Well, whatever we can do to get rid of these pest - in some digests
there are 7 "Faxed to..." rants and only 3 FM related posts...

Google might be a good place to start - they are likely to protect
their groups and do have the muscle to make the ISP act. Please keep
posting whatever suggestions and insights you may have regarding this
problem.
