I am looking for programmers to develop a content management system
which can be attached to websites so that the customers can change
their website without any problems. Email me for more details and if
you are interested.

Why not ask the programmers on http://www.joomla.org/

They might just be able to help.

Is there any reason you'd like to reinvent a nth wheel? What are you
missing in the different packages allready available to you?

They can do that already using WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or any other
available content management system. What's so different about your
project that it requires developing a new system, rather than adapting
an existing one?
