iis mmc cant snap in

hi 4 all
today i open iis managment consol but the managment consol not work i mean
not apear any thing
i try to restart word wide service and iis admin service but the problem
don't fix it
i try to restart the server then try to open the iis mc open with out any
problem
after 2 hours i try to open it again but like case 1
not's: no error message about it in event viewer
