Filemaker 7 on Windows Page Size problems

Hi All,

I seem to be having a problem with Filemaker 7v3 and Page Size issues.
Essentially, the problem is, I have a DB that works fine, and I have a
layout for printing labels. All standard stuff. Whenever I try to
print, I go to the preview mode and whenever I check the page layout
or print setup, the paper size is set to Letter.
If I change the paper size to A4 or anything else, it does not appear
to change. If I close and re-open the database, the paper size is
still Letter.
I do not have any scripts to define print layouts or any scrip that
runs when the DB is opened.

i tried googling for somethign similar, but got no useful answers.
Has anyone come across a similar problem?
I'm running a shared DB on Windows XP Pro, printing to a networked
printer.
