VS 2008 Architect installation fails

I tried it several times, setup disk is not damaged, everything is fine, but
it always fails with the error below after completing like 75% of the
installation. Then I saw other posts, and figured out others are experiencing
the same issue, so this is not something only with me.
Please let me know what I need to do to install it finally.
