how to implement a web server...

hello to everybody,

I'm new to this group,

I would like to implement a web server to share a web-site...

I do not know where to start.......

I have a pc with XP pro, I have a pool static IP public adress (8 ip
adress)....

after this???????? ;-)

I hope there will be somone who can teach me ;-)
